Sebastià Barceló Forteza

This majorcan stellar seismologist will introduce the Es nostro cel project. He obtained its Bachelor’s degree at Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB). In 2015, he finished its Ph.D. in Astrophysics at Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) and Universidad de La Laguna (ULL). As a post-doctoral researcher, he worked at Centro de Astrobiología (CAB, CSIC-INTA), and, now, he works at Universidad de Granada (UGR). Its main aim consists in characterizing stars using data from space missions such as CoRoT, Kepler, TESS, and PLATO2.0, among others… He is a former member of the ESAC Faculty Council of the European Space Agency (ESA).
